What time can I check-in and check-out?

Our standard check in time begins at 3:00 PM, check out is at 10:00 AM. 


Do you allow early check in and late check-out? 

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please let us know if you would like to alter your time of arrival or departure and we will do our best to accommodate you. 


What is your pet policy?

We are dog friendly! A $100 non-refundable fee is required per stay.


Do you have wifi?

Wifi is free to hotel guests and available throughout the hotel. Stay connected in your rooms, the lounge, and at The Riders Club. 


Do you have an elevator?

We are equipped with an elevator. If this is a concern related to your needs regarding the ADA accessibility of the property, please call or email us so we can elaborate.


Is there parking available? 

Yes, we have our own parking lot, however space is limited and subject to availability. However there is ample free street parking readily available. 


What is your smoking policy?

We do not have any smoking rooms available. The use of cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes are prohibited in all guest rooms and hotel common areas, including The Riders Club. A fee of $1,000 may be charged for disregard of this rule. We have designated smoking areas outside the building. 


Do you offer shuttle service?

We do not offer shuttle service, however we are located in downtown Elk Rapids and there are many attractions within walking distance.


Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. We offer full refunds with more than 48 hours notice and a 50% refund with less than 48 hours notice (calculated from 3 PM on the first date of the reservation).


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment.
